Featuring a terrace, this property offers a garden with a barbecue, perfect for a delightful evening of grilling and socializing. The picturesque setting transported us to a backyard paradise, where we savored mouthwatering meals while listening to the crackling of the grill. It was like having a private chef at our own mini outdoor oasis.
Navigation difficult for first-timers.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy decor of this hotel. The traditional cave design with its unique architecture and beautiful details made me feel like I was staying in a true Greek sanctuary. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, and I particularly enjoyed spending time on the terrace, enjoying the stunning garden views. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy access to the main areas and transportation options conveniently located nearby.
I would have preferred if the shutters in our room were at a reachable height for us seniors. It would have been more convenient to have a pole in the room so we could open and close them ourselves.

My stay at 1812 Caves 'N Mansion was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and helpful host, who took the time to sit down with me and provide valuable recommendations and tips for exploring the island. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, and the thoughtful touches in the room, like a fruit bowl and complimentary local beverage, made me feel welcomed. Despite the lack of water pressure in the shower annex, everything else exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, with mini markets, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, and Fira just a 15-minute stroll away. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect holiday experience.

The quality of the products provided, from coffee and teas to bathroom amenities, was top-notch. The daily room clean was spotless and impeccable. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. The facilities were nice and the daily breakfast kept us satisfied throughout the day. The staff took the time to provide recommendations and tips for exploring the island, which was very helpful. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient for accessing key attractions.
One minor inconvenience was that the shower head was not attached to the wall, so we had to hold it while showering. However, this was not a major issue for us.
